We believe that we have an opportunity for changing communities through civic and institutional development, while working to support academic and life goals for students in government, civics, math, science, and job training-and by promoting leadership and economic development.

Over the past 10 years we have graduated over 6000 participants through our Experience in Democracy Leadership Program. We plan to grow these numbers in the next 10 years and to expand our programs to other communities within and outside the US.

We believe that our successes over the past 10 years demonstrate the overall quality and impact of our programs. Moreover, some the impact outcomes noted are increased student performance in schools, increased self-esteem, and increased civic participation, and citizen integration.
